Food insecurity is a reality for more than 800,000 people in North Texas. To combat this issue, the North Texas Food Bank is participating in Feeding America’s nationwide Hunger Action Month campaign designed to mobilize the public to take action on the issue of hunger.
On September 14th, National Hunger Action Day, the Dallas Skyline will turn orange, to raise awareness for this important issue. Special thanks to Bank of America Tower, Dallas Zoo and the Hall Arts Tower for their participation.
