Amazing Grace Food Pantry volunteer, Danielle, teaches our 2nd Nutritional Workshop Class this month. We learned so much, especially how certain foods block nutrients from being absorbed in our bodies. Important takeaways are how harmful salt and sugar are and how important beets and avocados are to our diet.
