Tuesday, 5/24, the pantry was open from 10am to 1pm to serve 57 families despite the rain (thank you Chase Oaks Church for the covered walkway!!). We also received 2500 lbs of donated food and non-food items from local retail stores and approx. 6000 lbs of produce, including green peppers, sweet potatoes and honey dew melons.
Call to Action: We’re in need of an electrician to help with some [hopefully] minor issues related to load limits that are tripping breakers.
