The Amazing Grace Food Pantry volunteers have a special friendship in serving others. Murad, who volunteers on Fridays, invited us to his home for a cooking class. He and his wife demonstrated making baklava and samosas… just in time for adding these to our Thanksgiving menu!

Speaking of September… did you know that September is Hunger Action Month? Amazing Grace Food Pantry, along with thousands of nonprofit organizations, looks forward to North Texas Giving Day. This event allows us all to pull resources to get exposure for our organizations, gaining new support and reaching new people in the community… both those looking for help and those looking to help.

While any day is a good day to donate, 25 donors contributed $2525 to Amazing Grace Food Pantry for North Texas Giving Day. Thank you to everyone who donated. We look forward to turning your generosity into full bellies and smiling faces!

Amazing Grace Food Pantry is exclusively a volunteer organization, relying upon the talent and generosity of community members to procure, sort and distribute over 30 TONS of food every month to area families. This monumental undertaking is only possible due to the altruism and support received each and every week from people just like you.

  • Do you have some free time on your hands?
  • Do you enjoy helping those in need?
  • Do you want to give back in some way that really changes the quality of life for someone?

We also welcome volunteer groups! If your church, youth or corporate group would like to schedule a day to volunteer as a team building exercise, or to regularly adopt group-size tasks (e.g. yard work, improvements, cleanup, etc.), we’d love to hear from you! Call (972) 292-7241 to leave a voicemail message or use use the contact form on our Volunteer page.

No time to volunteer? That’s okay, too! Visit our Donation page to arrange a monthly donation. No amount is too small!

I have been going to the Amazing Grace Fellowship Food Pantry in St. Paul, Texas for over a year and they have been helping me through a very difficult time in my life. I had two operations and three trips to the emergency room in the past year nearly taking my monthly income from Social Security trying to pay them. If it weren’t for the Amazing Grace Fellowship Food Pantry in St. Paul I would nearly have starved for many months. They have been very courteous, kind and helpful to all who go there and I don’t know what I would do without them. I feel that they are God sent to help many people like me get through hard times in their lives. Their office area is very small and often we have to wait outside the front door in the rain or cold to be served.
