Thank You, Rent-A-Center, for delivering a much needed refrigerator to the pantry today. It was a busy Tuesday at Amazing Grace Food Pantry. Twelve volunteers picked up, unloaded and stocked 2500 lbs of food donations. We served 291 people a weeks worth of groceries, up 57% from last Tuesday. Amazing Grace Food Pantry served 185 people groceries today. A little lighter than the normal Tuesday. Nine dedicated volunteers worked hard unloading trucks and keeping the client shopping area stock with fresh produce, fruit, juice, bread and pastries. Summer is finally here and we've tallied the numbers for the month of May 2016. Amazing Grace Food Pantry provided over 34,000 pounds of food and fed 2094 people (wow!).
