Established in 2006 as a community outreach food pantry and a proud agency member with the North Texas Food Bank, we have an open-door policy and have a reputation for being a food source for anyone in need so that no one goes hungry.

Our volunteers currently distribute over 60 thousand pounds of food each month. Food items include fruits, vegetables, meat, bread, canned goods, and many more. On occasion, we also acquire non-food items such as toiletries, cleaning supplies, diapers and paper products.

Our goal is to give food to our Collin County neighbors that would normally go hungry. Volunteers serve in a way that allows the clients to keep their health and self-esteem during this trying time in their lives.

In 2016, with the help of Chase Oaks Church and a number of generous community members, volunteers endeavored to build a new facility to replace an aging [and crumbling] house that served the pantry well for 10 years. The project, dubbed Building Hope, was started with meager funds and continued with faith. Every milestone was met with more grace, finding community businesses eager to bring this vision to life. Opening in March 2018, the new building provides restrooms, an indoor waiting area, a larger shopping area and a more efficient space for the many volunteers that dedicate their time each week.

Pay It Forward
Consider arranging a recurring donation or a one-time gift via our Donation page. No amount is too small as there is always a need, be it for food, to pay the bills, or to plan for the future. Amazing Grace Food Pantry is exclusively a volunteer organization and depends on both physical and monetary contributions from the community and people just like you.
