Shout out of appreciation to the many volunteers that make it happen at Amazing Grace Food Pantry! Last week alone, they distributed 19,000 pounds of food to feed 911 people! Regardless of weather conditions, volunteers are eager to serve and treat each family in need with dignity and respect.

Special thanks to

First United Methodist Confirmation Class who came in Saturday afternoon to stock and prepare for the next client day!

Chase Oaks Church who donated lots of fresh apples, bananas, oranges and protein drinks – a real treat for families struggling to make ends meet!

Meet Gayle. She has been a client off and on for several years. She sought help when her dad had a stroke and she had to quit work to become his caregiver.

Amazing Grace Pantry has helped me survive troubled times due to family health problems. The pantry provides nutritious food that I cannot afford on limited income. The volunteers are friendly and helpful. Thanks to the community for supporting this pantry! I don’t know what I’d do without their help!

Gayle
