Amazing Grace Food Pantry appreciates all our volunteers, especially volunteers like Jessi who has been faithful to help every Tuesday for over 7 years. She is a ROCK STAR in our eyes! While she has mastered Staging I, one of our 3 Staging areas, she makes it look easy! It is hard work to customize each of the client boxes, adding special dietary items, frozen meats, pet food and hygiene items as needed.
By the time Staging I box is ready to go, it weighs an average of 50 pounds. Then, the process of distribution begins adding a 2nd box of beverages, snacks, milk, eggs, cheese, produce and bakery. Each client family receives an average of 105 pounds plus what they gather in our self-shopping area with lots of additional produce items like potatoes, onions, carrots, watermelon, etc. Our process allows over 70 families to be served each hour with a weeks’ worth of groceries.

Amazing Grace Food Pantry is exclusively a volunteer organization, relying upon the talent and generosity of community members to procure, sort and distribute over 30 TONS of food every month to area families. This monumental undertaking is only possible due to the altruism and support received each and every week from people just like you.
